The Vision
Developing the culinary sector and enhancing its role in ensuring the preservation of our national culture and heritage, and transferring the Saudi culinary experience to the world
The Message
Providing training and supportive development opportunities that enable chefs to be creative and highlight the local culinary experience and transfer it to the world. We also urge and encourage the importance of adhering to internationally agreed quality and food safety standards, raising awareness of the importance of the culinary sector and strengthening the Saudi identity, promoting the culinary sector and facilitating its international recognition, and increasing opportunities global for individuals.
