Regular Membership
A “Regular Member” is defined as someone who either participated in its founding or later joined by fulfilling the general membership criteria and obtaining approval from the board of directors. This category includes both experts and practitioners in the field of intangible heritage. These members are entitled to attend the general assembly and are eligible for nomination to the board of directors, provided they are founders or have been members for at least six months and have met all their membership obligations.
Membership Terms
- The individual must be at least 15 years old.
- The individual must have full legal capacity.
- The individual must have a good reputation and behavior.
- The individual must commit to paying the membership subscription fees.
- The individual must submit a membership application to the association according to the form prepared by the center.

Associate Membership
An individual becomes an Associate Member in the association if they are a practitioner in the association’s field and apply for membership, but do not meet all the criteria for general membership. The board of directors must approve their application to become an Associate Member, or they must specifically apply for associate membership.

- Regular receipt of essential information about the association’s activities every fiscal year.
- Access to the association’s documents and records.
- The right for Associate Members to communicate with the association through any available means, with the board of directors or an authorized representative responsible for responding either through the same communication channel or via the address registered in the membership records.

- Payment of an annual subscription fee of 250 Riyals.
- Cooperation with the association and its members to achieve its goals.
- Refraining from any actions that could harm the association.
- Adherence to the decisions of the general assembly.
- Applicants for this membership must be practitioners in the field of urban heritage and provide proof of their professional involvement in this area.

These entities must wish to contribute to the activities and events of the association, as well as participate in the scientific and professional production in the association’s fields to achieve its objectives and serve the profession.

- Be a Saudi establishment.
- Hold membership in its corporate capacity.
- Adhere to the decisions of the association.
- Cooperate with the association and its members to achieve its goals.
- Avoid any actions that could harm the association.
- Submit an application including the official name, nationality, registration or license number, national address, email, and phone number, accompanied by a copy of the commercial register or license or endowment deed, or any document proving its legal status, which should be valid.
